Job Description

  • Implement, monitor, and manage quality assurance processes to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of errors, document findings, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify training needs, conduct audits, and deliver upskilling programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, track follow-ups, and ensure compliance with observations.
  • Study existing processes and implement process improvement initiatives through structured projects.
  • Support cross-location teams to standardize and improve quality outcomes.

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Significant experience in quality management within banking or financial services operations.
  • Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and managing teams.

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager or Six Sigma are a plus.
