About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Campaign & Marketing Analytics workstreams in the BFSI domain. The role focuses on campaign measurement, performance tracking, test-and-learn initiatives, customer lifecycle analytics, portfolio insights, and business storytelling. The Team Lead will guide analysts and partner with business teams to drive data-driven decisions. Exposure to statistical modeling (churn, CLV, response modeling) is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Job Description

Campaign Analytics

  • Own end-to-end campaign evaluation across channels including email, SMS, digital, outbound, and branch.
  • Conduct pre-post analysis, A/B testing, uplift assessment, and ROI measurement.
  • Track marketing portfolios, identify deviations, perform variance analysis, and explain causality.

Customer Lifecycle & Portfolio Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior across acquisition, engagement, usage, and retention funnels.
  • Build actionable insights for cross-sell, repeat behavior, attrition triggers, and customer journeys.
  • Develop visualizations and summaries to communicate findings effectively.

Test-and-Learn Strategy

  • Design champion–challenger tests and structured experiments.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improved customer targeting.

Data Exploration & Mentoring

  • Explore, mine, and analyze large BFSI datasets.
  • Document code, support process improvements, and mentor junior analysts.
  • Collaborate with visualization teams to build interactive dashboards.

Analytics Governance

  • Ensure adherence to data quality, internal controls, and audit standards.
  • Implement risk-mitigating controls in analytics processes.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in BFSI Campaign/Marketing Analytics.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing, test-and-learn frameworks, funnel analysis, and campaign measurement.
  • Hands-on SQL and SAS experience for data extraction and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading small teams and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
  • Working knowledge of Python is a plus (not mandatory).

Skills

  • 6–8 years of experience in BFSI Campaign/Marketing Analytics.
