About the Role

• Operate as a Wizard operator supporting bankers in real time during the Sales Enablement pilot.
• Simulate a future AI-driven referral and enablement system through disciplined, rule-based execution.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and structured responses aligned to defined turnaround times.
• Interpret CRM and relationship data to generate relevant referral and pre-call recommendations.
• Ensure consistent logging, documentation, and governance compliance across all interactions.

Job Description

• Respond to banker requests during live pilot sessions within agreed SLAs.
• Apply the Wizard Rulebook to identify referral opportunities and structured recommendations.
• Analyze CRM data, relationship maps, and approved external signals to extract actionable insights.
• Prepare pre-call plans, talking points, and referral summaries using standardized templates.
• Maintain governance-compliant content standards and consistent communication tone.
• Log all pilot interactions accurately, capturing response time, data sources, and outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting rule gaps and workflow inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Certifications or coursework in banking, CRM systems, or analytics are advantageous.

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Banking, Wealth Banking, or analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience navigating CRM platforms and structured data environments.
• Exposure to banking referrals, relationship management, or client onboarding preferred.
• Experience working in SLA-driven or time-sensitive operational environments.

Skills
