About the Role

  • Manage complex and high-risk delinquent mortgage accounts within the Loss Mitigation function.
  • Provide expert-level financial analysis and decision support for sustainable borrower solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory, investor, and internal servicing compliance across all assigned cases.
  • Mentor junior analysts while driving quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • Operate in a customer-focused environment supporting US mortgage portfolios.

Job Description

  • Handle escalations, appeals, and high-risk borrower profiles requiring advanced case assessment.
  • Review and approve loan modification, forbearance, and repayment plan recommendations.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of borrower income, expenses, assets, and hardship documentation.
  • Coordinate with foreclosure, bankruptcy, underwriting, and legal teams for resolution strategies.
  • Maintain SLA adherence, quality standards, and audit-ready documentation in servicing systems.
  • Identify process gaps, operational risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in mortgage servicing or financial analysis are advantageous.

Experience

  • Progressive experience in US mortgage loss mitigation or mortgage servicing operations.
  • Hands-on exposure to handling complex delinquency cases, escalations, and compliance reviews.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts preferred.
  • Familiarity with mortgage servicing platforms and case management systems.
  • Strong understanding of US mortgage investor guidelines including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA.

Skills

  • Advanced financial analysis and borrower assessment capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory, investor, and internal servicing guidelines.
  • Ability to manage escalations and high-risk cases with sound judgment.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination across underwriting, legal, foreclosure, and bankruptcy teams.
  • High attention to detail with audit and documentation accuracy.
  • Effective mentoring, communication, and quality oversight skills.
  • Ability to work in Night Shift (Noida location) within a structured operational environment.
