About the Role

• Lead solution consulting engagements that translate complex financial services challenges into technology-led transformation programs.

Job Description

• Conduct client discovery sessions to identify operational challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Structure business problems into clear transformation themes, solution frameworks, and value propositions.
• Design solution approaches aligned to AI-enabled operations, automation, data modernization, and digital transformation services.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, and operating models.
• Partner with technology architects and delivery teams to create compelling solution proposals and RFP responses.
• Provide financial services domain advisory across lending, payments, customer servicing, compliance, and risk functions.
• Support executive client conversations related to technology modernization and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Certifications in Financial Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud Technologies, AI, or Consulting methodologies are advantageous.

Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in consulting, solution consulting, digital transformation, business transformation, or financial services technology roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting presales, solution design, proposal development, and client-facing consulting engagements.
• Strong exposure to financial services operations, technology modernization, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Architecture, Delivery, and Operations.
• Track record of leading discovery workshops and translating business challenges into structured technology solutions.
• Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.

Skills

• Strong understanding of financial services operating models across lending, payments, customer servicing, compliance, and risk management.
• Expertise in solution consulting, problem structuring, transformation planning, and value proposition development.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled operations, intelligent automation, workflow transformation, and data modernization initiatives.
• Strong proposal development, RFP response management, and business case creation capabilities.
• Ability to develop transformation roadmaps, operating models, and implementation strategies.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions in complex transformation environments.
