Job Description

  • Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in US Banking and Financial Services.
  • Extensive expertise in mortgage loan origination, loan servicing, and regulatory compliance (Reg A–Z).
  • Strong background in requirement elicitation, process mapping, documentation, and automation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to bridge business and technology teams in Agile environments.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or CSM preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of overall Business Analysis experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in US Banking / Financial Services domain.
  • Extensive experience in mortgage loan origination and loan servicing processes.
  • Strong experience in process mapping, documentation, and requirement management.
  • Hands-on exposure to RPA and BPM technologies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management and regulatory compliance alignment.

Skills

  • Requirement elicitation, BRD/FRD preparation, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria documentation.
  • Process modelling, impact analysis, and identification of business pain points.
  • Dashboarding and reporting solutions including operational dashboards, risk monitoring, and performance KPIs.
  • Automation opportunity identification to streamline servicing workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Strong knowledge of US mortgage regulations and banking regulatory framework (Reg A–Z).
  • Financial data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Agile ceremony management and project documentation governance.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders.
