Job Description
- Deliver strategic HR consulting across workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.
- Develop and standardize HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS workflows, and lifecycle management.
- Drive compliance oversight, conduct HR audits, and mitigate employment-related risks.
- Build long-term client relationships and provide data-driven HR insights to enhance productivity and retention.
