  • At Anaptyss, we are looking for a self-motivated and versatile Integrated Marketing Specialist. As a key member of the marketing team, this individual will help bring greater creativity, structure, and cohesion to all marketing efforts across regions and channels.

Job Description

  • Lead strategy and oversee execution of multi-channel marketing programs and innovative global campaigns.
  • Conceptualize integrated outreach campaigns across digital, PR, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Build an understanding of the analyst landscape and support analyst relations programs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to communicate evolving business strategy and market positioning.
  • Execute integrated marketing plans aligned to objectives of reach, revenue, and reputation.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and talent engagement.
  • Support large-format physical and virtual events, leadership forums, and industry engagements.
  • Work with key industry bodies such as NASSCOM, SHRM, and other relevant associations.
  • Develop and manage content strategy across campaigns, thought leadership, and digital channels.
  • Support marketing to key accounts and help strengthen CXO-level engagement.
  • Report impact, performance metrics, and outcomes of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in integrated communication, marketing, and brand management.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and manage multi-channel campaigns with original thinking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly across stakeholder levels.
  • Strong organizational, program management, time management, and content development skills.

Experience

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 10+ years in US Banking/Financial Services.
  • 5+ years in the Mortgage Line of Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in process mapping and documentation.
  • Minimum 5 years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with US banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, process modelling, and stakeholder management.
  • Deep functional understanding of US mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, and default management.
  • Solid knowledge of US mortgage and banking regulations (Reg A–Z).
  • Experience in mortgage origination, loan servicing, and financial data analysis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to liaise effectively between business and technology teams.
  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
  • Agile/Scrum experience with strong collaboration skills.
