About the Role

  • Serve as the day-to-day owner of the Wizard of Oz pilot execution within the Sales Enablement program.
  • Ensure the human-powered experience consistently mirrors the discipline and logic of a future AI system.
  • Drive decision quality, operational consistency, and structured learning across pilot interactions.
  • Lead real-time judgement calls while maintaining governance, speed, and analytical rigor.
  • Operate in a high-visibility role supporting Commercial and Wealth Banking stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Act as the primary “Wizard” decision lead during live pilot sessions.
  • Enforce adherence to the Wizard Rulebook and defined decision logic across analysts.
  • Handle complex and edge-case scenarios, escalating commercial or wealth banking matters when required.
  • Own and continuously refine the Wizard Rulebook to eliminate ambiguity and improve consistency.
  • Interpret CRM, relationship, and external data signals to guide high-quality referral recommendations.
  • Oversee governance and compliance of curated outputs including pre-call plans and banker-facing communication.
  • Monitor pilot metrics, generate insights, and translate learnings into structured inputs for future AI automation.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Certifications in data analytics, banking, or CRM platforms are advantageous.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Wealth Banking, Sales Enablement, or data-driven banking operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and relationship data environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage judgement-heavy decision environments with structured governance.
  • Experience guiding or coaching junior analysts within operational or pilot programs.
  • Exposure to sales enablement initiatives, referral programs, or innovation pilots preferred.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Commercial and/or Wealth Banking workflows and referral logic.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to make structured decisions under time pressure.
  • Excellent written communication skills for real-time banker engagement.
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and governance in fast-paced pilot environments.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret CRM data and external business intelligence sources.
  • Capability to translate operational learnings into clear inputs for automation and AI design.
