About the Role

  • Drive market research, solution positioning, and executive storytelling for BFSI advisory engagements.
  • Translate complex client challenges into structured, persuasive, and outcome-driven solution narratives.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Design, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Delivery teams.
  • Support the development of high-impact proposals, presentations, and strategic client materials.
  • Strengthen advisory and presales capabilities through insight-led, client-aligned messaging.

Job Description

  • Support BFSI advisory engagements through structured market and competitive research.
  • Translate client problem statements into clear solution frameworks and executive-ready presentations.
  • Develop high-impact pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and customized presales materials.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure solution practicality, differentiation, and alignment.
  • Drive consistency, quality, and compliance across all client-facing deliverables.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Additional certifications in strategy, consulting, or financial services are advantageous.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in market research, consulting, presales, advisory, or strategy roles within BFSI services.
  • Proven expertise in RFP/RFI response management and structured proposal development.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Delivery, Risk, and Operations.
  • Exposure to client-facing presentations and executive stakeholder engagement.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a client-centric mindset.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and business storytelling skills.
  • Ability to structure complex ideas into clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
