About the Role

    • Support the Advisory & Professional Services practice through market research, solution positioning, and executive-level storytelling.
    • Partner with Sales, Product, Design, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Delivery teams to develop client-centric solutions.
    • Translate complex BFSI business challenges into compelling value propositions and solution narratives.
    • Develop high-impact proposals, presentations, and strategic materials that strengthen client engagement and sales outcomes.
    • Act as a key contributor in shaping differentiated advisory and presales offerings for BFSI clients.
  • Job Description

    • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support solution development and positioning.
    • Translate client problem statements into structured solution approaches and executive-ready presentations.
    • Develop pitch decks, proposals, case studies, QBRs, and customized client-facing materials.
    • Support sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives through account-specific insights and presales content.
    • Partner with design teams to enhance visual storytelling, branding, and presentation effectiveness.
    • Track market trends, client feedback, and performance metrics to refine solution messaging.
    • Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions are practical, differentiated, and aligned to client needs.
  • Qualifications

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
    • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
    • Certifications in strategy, consulting, market research, or financial services are advantageous.
  • Experience

    • Progressive experience in US mortgage loss mitigation or mortgage servicing operations.
    • Hands-on exposure to handling complex delinquency cases, escalations, and compliance reviews.
    • Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts preferred.
    • Familiarity with mortgage servicing platforms and case management systems.
    • Strong understanding of US mortgage investor guidelines including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA.

    • Excellent PowerPoint, presentation development, and business storytelling capabilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
    • Ability to structure complex concepts into clear, persuasive, and executive-ready narratives.
    • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Experience developing solution frameworks, value propositions, and presales collateral.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in fast-paced client-driven environments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to quality and detail.
