  • Finance professional responsible for end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Owns annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles.
  • Delivers actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
  • CA, CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting roles.
  • Experience building and maintaining complex financial models for revenue, cost, and cash flow projections.
  • Strong experience preparing monthly management reports and conducting variance analysis.
  • Experience supporting leadership with business case development, ROI analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Experience working closely with accounting teams to improve reporting accuracy and data integrity.

Skills

  • Financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning expertise.
  • Variance analysis and performance driver evaluation.
  • Development of dashboards, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to deliver clear financial insights and executive-ready presentations.
