Job Description
- Supervise analysts handling loss mitigation cases including escalations and complex borrower profiles.
- Review and approve loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and repayment plans.
- Monitor productivity, SLA adherence, and quality benchmarks across the team.
- Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with foreclosure, bankruptcy, underwriting, and legal teams for case resolution.
- Identify operational gaps and implement structured process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare performance dashboards and share insights with senior management.
