Job Description

  • Manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and clarity.
  • Assess customer needs and deliver accurate information or resolutions.
  • Maintain high-quality communication, including tone, clarity, and active listening.
  • Meet process targets related to call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Log and update customer details and interactions in CRM applications.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to designated teams for further action.
  • Stay informed on updated product and process knowledge.
  • Follow operational guidelines, compliance norms, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • 10+2 or Graduation in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role.
  • Experience in BPO, BFSI, e-commerce, or telecom domains is preferred.
